I recently stayed at a guest house in Balham, South London for a few days and had a great experience. The location was convenient, with plenty of nearby venues for morning coffee and evening drinks. I was also pleased to find that it was close to both the Balham Underground and Railway stations. The guest house had excellent domestic appliances, and the bed was really comfortable. it was a pleasant stay.
Can recommend this hotel.

During our romantic escape, we enjoyed the advantageous price of the stay, which was a great deal compared to other options in the area. Additionally, the location was convenient, with a nearby tube station that allowed us to reach central London in just half an hour. Moreover, the kitchen was well-equipped with all the necessary appliances, cutlery, and cookware, making it easy for us to prepare our own meals.
Our experience at the guest house had some negative aspects. The overall cleanliness of the house was lacking, with grime that needed a deep clean.

The room was absolutely amazing! It had a cozy vibe with a super comfy bed. The free WiFi was a lifesaver, allowing me to stay connected and plan my day. The fully equipped kitchen was a bonus, making it easy for me to cook and save money. The flat-screen TV provided entertainment after a long day of exploring. With 1 bedroom and 2 bathrooms, there was plenty of space for me to relax and get ready.
Personally, I didn't like the shared bathroom. But hey, that's just my opinion!

The location is alright with plenty of nearby venues for morning coffee or evening drinks. Close to Balham Underground and Railway. Good domestic appliances on the spot, comfortable bed, free Wi-Fi, on-site car park, flat-screen TV. a satisfying stay!
